Our crew arrives with everything needed — tools, materials, and a camera crew. Over one to three days, we give the property a total makeover.

The transformation gets captured in a full YouTube episode. Every reveal, every reaction, every tear — so the story can inspire someone else.

WHY WE DO THIS

Done His Way started with a simple question: What if we just showed up and helped?

Not for the views. Not for the likes. But because there are families right here in Indian River County who are living in homes that have fallen apart around them. Seniors who can't push a mower. Single parents choosing between groceries and a broken fence. Veterans who served this country and came home to a house that nobody's serving.

We show up. We transform homes. We pray with families. And we put it all on camera so the story can inspire the next person to do the same.

100% free. No hidden fees, no strings, no catch. The family pays nothing. Materials, labor, and time are all donated or funded through community support. That's the whole point.
We review every nomination that comes in. We look for families with the greatest need — people facing financial hardship, physical limitations, health challenges, or life circumstances that have made it impossible to maintain their home. The most impactful stories with the most visible transformation potential get selected first.
We film every transformation for our YouTube channel, and the reveal moment is the heart of each episode. We always ask for permission and make sure the family is comfortable. If someone truly doesn't want to appear on camera, we'll work with them — but the filmed reveal is a core part of what we do.
Right now, yes. We're focused on Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fellsmere, and the surrounding Treasure Coast area. As the channel grows, we plan to expand — but we believe in going deep in one community before going wide.
Exterior home transformations — yard cleanup, power washing, painting, fence repair, deck restoration, roof and gutter cleaning, and curb appeal makeovers. Most projects take one to three days. We focus on the outside of the home and the property. We don't do interior renovations, plumbing, electrical, or structural work.
